What is Curriculum?
  • In many context, curriculum can be refers to the lesson and academic content that have been taught in school or in specific course or program. 
  • In dictionaries, curriculum is often defined as the courses offered by a school, but it is rarely us such general sense in school.
  • There are a few resources that have been talk about curriculum. Based on Parkay and Hass (2000): Curriculum is all about the experiences that individual learners have in a program of education whose purpose to achieve broad goals and related specific objectives, which is planned in term of framework of theory and research.
  • Begg, 2005 have said that curriculum is all the "planning in the classroom". Everything what we did during the learning activities is based on the curriculum that we have.

What is Pedagogy?
    
  • Pedagogy can be defines as the exploration of effective   teaching and learning strategies.

  •  Also defined as the art and science of teaching children. In the pedagogical model, the teacher has full responsibility for making decisions about what will be learned, how it will be learned, when it will be learned, and if the material has been learned.
